Front end issues

Post by 92BlackBeauty »

I'm looking to replace my front end on my 92 SS as an accident left my rad support twisted. Does anyone know for sure if a 91 front end will fit my 92? I have heard both sides of the story, from dealers and auto wreckers. Also, will a non turbo front end be compatible, hood and everything? I know it's lacking the scoop, but moulding a scoop is small potatoes...
If I took all the parts from a non turbo legacy and just used the turbo radiator, this should work right?

Headlight buckets are different. I'd say probably not. It might, but I dunno.

An NA bumper and hood and fenders would be interchangeable, as long as they are from a 92-94.

So even if I replace my headlights with 91 headlights it will not work? ammit, it is so hard to find a 92-94 front end in Canada, and pretty much anywhere else.

Unless you want to cut, weld, snand, and paint the fenders to fit 90-91 fender headlight yea your going to have to find 92-94 somewhere or you could go here https://www.1stsubaruparts.com/

Where in Canada are you? You might try just south of the border. I can get a whole front clip for a 93 for next to nothing.
Yes I have too many Subarus
