Major work getting done on Friday
Hopefully I can find a working digicam and document some of this stuff
New waterpump
KVR brake pads
Coolant reservoir delete (and TB bypass mod)
cruise control delete
PVC system rebuild
Rear endlink bushing replacement (lower bushings)
No power parts, all maintenance and cleanliness.
I was wondering, since Im going to the N/A radiator setup, would it be possible to extend the radiator fill cap to where it is in the turbo setup, for burping purposes? I cant really think of any simple and safe way of doing this. Any thoughts?

There isn't a very good way to do it... You can aid in filling the system though by putting a little flush tee where the filler tank used to be:

Then you can remove its cap and fill the system from there. That'll help fill the engine rather than just the radiator.

Splinter,
From my personal experience, I'd say you'll probably be fine with the n/a radiator. It wouldn't hurt though to add some redline water wetter though.

Thats stuff works! There is also some stuff you can buy that comes in a big metal can. IT works great as well. I don't remember who make it thought. The can is black, blue and white though.
