WTB/T Known good turbo o2 sensor

Post by LaureltheQueen »

I think my o2 sensor's dead, that's my best guess, but I'm not sure, so I don't want to spend $100 on a new one that may or may not fix my horrible gas mileage.

I'm willing to buy, but would prefer to trade for legacy central stickers. Lemme know. :)

Laurel...it's either your O2 sensor or your car severly hates you!!!

btw...you don't need a turbo specific one...just a 3 wire...with preferably the cute little plug on the end to facilitate easy installation...however...doesn't your ricey downpipe have the o2 in a different location? Requiring changing of wire length.

If I get the SS fixed this week I will go to the jy and steal like 5 sensors and mail them to you

<3 :)

I hope this fixes it. I think that's why the car's so slow too. It's dumping massive amounts of fuel in. It's definitely not burning everything

Yeah, look at it this way...when my O2 went out, I was getting 13mpg at best, then when I put a new one in, that jumped to 26.5mpg, and the car ran a lot better...

didn't show up, I didn't want to bother you about it not being here, figured that you had forgotten or had gotten caught up in something else. I just realized, maybe the postal workers think that you're a terrorist. A guy who's middle eastern shipping a package with lots of wires, sounds like a mail bomb

I'm not Middle Eastern, and I don't really look that much like a terrorist anymore. Hmph.

PM me your mailing address one last time.

Wouldn't an N/A oxygen sensor work the same?

Yes, it would. If you use an OEM-replacement NA sensor you just have to tie away all the excess wire, because the NA sensor has a longer harness.

the extra wire would probably be good, as my o2 sensor bung on the perrin dp is way at the end.
