It is hard to believe that there are actually BC-BF legacy owners out there who aren't on this board......I think I had mine for about 1 month before I stumbled across this site.

i had mine for over a year before i found this site, i was a lurker for a bit, and found this to be a little more personable to legacy's then nasioc, also a little less geared toward the i make 500k a year and want all brand new top of the line parts type....i must say i think this site is the most informative site for legacys out today. :D

Unfortunately, Mike, our cars are very underappreciated. I am the ONLY one in all of Florida that I know of that gives a rat's behind about BC-BF's. Everyone else uses them as daily transportation, without caring (or, in many cases, maintaining :x ) about them one bit.

And, since I didn't have the Internet at home until college (yes that's right  ), I had my Legacy for about 2 years before coming across this board...

You think that's bad, I had my car almost 6 years before a friend with a WRX told me about the Legacy Central homepage after listening to me rant about not being able to find any Legacy turbo tuners to talk to. Then it was like another 6 months till I actually got on the bbs! The bbs has only been around since 2002 though hasn't it?

You should see all the Legacies in Colorado. I see a ton everyday, including many turboes (One black, and one maroon). There are four at my last count of us Denverites on here and Subarus are everywherehere. I've seen some seriously seriously neglected ones driving around too. I always feel bad for the poor car.

I don't know of anyone around me on this board, but I've seen about five sport sedans and two touring wagons around.

Really? Wonder if the guy knew what he had? When I went to AR most of the guys there were ricers or hot-rodders. I remember a Chavelle burning rubber everyday that he left that parking lot. He had some huge rear tires, also. They were probably close to 10 inches wide or more.

hahaha, well it's nice to know it hasn't changed much....I guess..

One thing, I've noticed it seems is that there is an awful alot of smokers at community colleges. I remember a blue haze in certain areas of AR were all the smokers tended to go inbetween classes. I was thinking it was just a coincidence till I visted a couple CC's up here and they had the same thing. <shrug> Oh well.

Just graduated. So technically I'm not. :)

I graduated from a small private college in Eastern Washington. About 2500-3000 people. Walla Walla College, say that ten times fast :)

Yes, the one good thing is that the sweet onions are good. Some of the farmers here have been dropping their onion fields for vinyards. It hasn't been very lucrative that I can tell as of yet.

You must not be traveling to the for wine tasting. Now that would be lucrative. Mmmm. Free wine. We don't get much wine up here in Colorado. Not naturally anyhow. Just Subarus. I went to the some guy's house today to install a home theater system and he turned out to be some high ranking Subaru exec. based out of the Denver office. Had a pretty nice house anyhow. He's definetly getting a Sponsorship packet for my rally car when I put them together.

Hehe, well, there isn't that many tourists over on this side of the state to make the vinards lucrative :)

Not like Napa California.

Sweet deal about the Subaru exec.
