Here is my problem:
If I start up the car and put it in reverse it will just ist there. I give it gas.. a little more gas.. and it will go. Once i let off it slows back down to a slight creep. It is almost the same for 1st, and in first if there is virtually any incline the car can't hold itself in place.
This problems are only mildly better after the car has warmed up. I've checked the fluid, it was OK, then flushed it anyway.
Looking for ideas on what to check next.

sounds like an issue of fluid draining out of torque converter. There's a TSB recall on this.
