Rear sway bar specs?

Post by BAC5.2 »

Since my car is under cover right now, I don't have access to the rear sway bar.

Does anyone have any specs of the stock Turbo sway bar?

I'd like to compare the stock rear legacy turbo sway bar (from a 92-94SS) to the 04 WRX Wagon bar I have access to.

I think the width is the same, but I'm mostly concerned with the "hump" measurements (over the exhaust and under the tire well).

I tried to take a picture today, but it turned out shitty. I may just put the car back together with the stock sway bars and drive it to the shop and compare. If they work, I'll install em. If they don't, then I won't.

Info would be nice though!

I'd imagine that the front sway bar will work just fine.

The front "should" work. My only question would be the width and the mount points. There's no bends on the WRX front bar, and that's similar to what I have on my car now.
