how fold down heats??

no manual, i only recently noticed that they fold down, have been trying but don't know hot to work them. I saw the two locks in the back, but the seat wont budge

Do you mean seats? If so there's a round thing you pull up on on the top off the seats ,by the doors, to release the seat locks

mine dont fold down. and ITS REALLY ANNOYING!

perhaps a broken mechanism...

if theres a way you can get them to fold down, check the latch and make sure its functioning properly

If your not careful those fabric loops can get stuck backwards and hidden behind the seat top, Then you have to pry them out with a scredriver to get them to stick out so you can open the seats again.
