I too am interested in this! Please let me know where you end up buying from.

Not to hijack, but can you run the td04 without EM?

I've got the 60mm 90 hooked to a custom intake pipe (exhuast pipe). I don't know the outlet size, sorry.

I'm running 15-16 psi without EM. Definately NEED an intercooler though.

Great info! I have a wrx intercooler, so thats not an issue... The wrx is getting a huge turbo, so looks like the TD04 found a new home in the wagon :D

So for fuel, your only upgrade is a fuel pump?

binford: could you post a pic of your setup? how does the 60mm fit, a nasioc search said the inlet was 2.20" which is ~56mm. but if your using a 60mm at higher boost levels it should work just fine. Thanks a ton

It fits pretty loose I guess, but that's what hose clamps are for! :D This is on the inlet side, so it's not under pressure like the compressor side. I've been running this since June or so.

Too bad your all the way up in DL otherwise i would come take a look at how you did it. :(
can you get me any measurments on that intake pipe you made up how long, bend deg.

also did you have to cut back any of the TB or IC to make the intercooler fit?

im looking to swap a TD04 and top mount into my 93ss this weekend and just want to make sure i have everything.

Have:
TD04 with lines
IC with stock pipes and adaptor plate for PBV
gaskets for turbo
90 deg adaptor (on order)

Need:
Intake pipe (looking for suggestions of how to easily fab one up)
Extra hose (few feet of 1/2", any other size i need for coolant tank relocation or vac lines?)

anything im missing?

I shaved 1/4" off the intercooler. I think the intake pipe is 2 1/2" with a 3" flare that I had the local exhuast guy bend up for me for $5. I then welded some nipples on it to attach other intake lines. I can do some rough measurements for you tomorrow if you like.

Do you realize you must move your coolant tank? Have you searched? The nipples are very easy to break. My buddy helping me broke one for me. I said thanks.

yup im aware of the relocation, wondering the size hose i should pickup to extend the lines on the coolant resv. looks like previous owner had already messed with this and repaired a broken nipple

where do you find non-copper nipples that can be welded on?

ive already removed the ac cause it had no pressue/oil and is r12 though i see you were somehow able to make it fit with it in.

There was a metal pipe joining some of the hoses I removed (5/8"?) that I cut in half and welded on. I also cut up an old fuel filter to use the nipples for the smaller lines. I think the coolant hoses were 5/8", but I'm not sure.
