Nope, That looks fairly light though, well at least lighter then my stock one.

Weird, what car is that from?! The bumper beam on the US legacy is about three times as much metal as that.

Q: could someone with access to the parts catalog confirm or deny if the beams are the same part number for the turbo and NA?

in the usa the 90-91 turbo is different from the na. 93-94 is the same all around
