Holy Unhealthy Sandwich

Post by J-MoNeY »

Yesterday I strolled over to the Student Union and decided to get the daily special. It happend to be a Monte Cristo Sandwich. I've never had one of these so I decided to get one. It looked weird, but when I bit into it I found that it tasted weird too. This thing had ham, turkey, mayo, butter, bacon, 4 slices of cheese, french toast bread dipped in egg, and it was deep friend. Holy shit. I ate the ham, and some bacon, then stopped. Good f'n god. I think it was the most unhealthy I have ever seen. Anyone ever had one of these?

lmao! I ordered one of these things by accident when I was out in colorado. it looked pretty healthy in the picture but aparently I was looking at the non deep fried model. I was so discusted/amused I had to take a pic of it with my phone and send it to my g/f. I took one bite of it and just ordered more beer because I lost my apetite. The girl took it off my tab....

I think it was ham, turkey, mayo, bacon, 4 slices of cheese, french toast bread dipped in egg that came with the butter. :)

I made some pretty hardcore "dagwood" sandwiches when I was sick over spring break. lets just say that they involved around .5 side of bacon, avocado, mayo, every cold cut known to man, and some stuff you wouldnt normally use in a sandwich.

That sounds unhealthy right there. School food is never made with your health in mind.

Omg f off.

I <3 monte cristos.

First off, its semi-unsweetened french toast wrapping ham, turkey, and swiss, or cheddar cheese. It is not deep fried. It is served with ranch and strawberry or raspberry jam for dipping.

I'm 90% sure Monte Cristos are deep-fried Tris.

I've only had them from Bennigans, but yeah, they're damn good, and I've NEVER been able to finish one!

Arteries still aren't clogged enough? Try Hardee's 2/3lb Thick MonsterBurger. Don't get any tomatoes or lettuce or any other healthy stuff on it, just cheese and mayo and bacon. Hot damn that tastes good!!

2/3 lb? Weak sauce. Fuddruckers has the 1lb burger which I managed to finish. I also had it fully dressed, with fries and a milk shake. After I was done I wasn't full, instead I had a feeling of impending death.

I like egg salad sandwiches from gas stations. Notably the Kwik Trip and Flying J stations.

I like Taco Bell. There is much better mexican food out there though. If you can even call it that.

I don't eat meat, so I really don't have to worry about it. Taco Johns has a lot better materials though. Great refried beans.

True, but I know of only one Fuddruckers in town, and they definitely don't have a drive-thru ;)

Before Angel's went defunct, I managed to eat one of their 1lb Slider burgers. That was when I was only around 12.

I'm all about the steak quesadillas from Rubios (in the west) or Baja Fresh (in the east and midwest). Yum.

+1 I'm adding extra emphasis on EVERY TIME.

Taco Time, however, is a totally different and tasty story.

I hate that place. I think I ate there for the first time a few weeks ago. It was such dry meat. Ewwz0rz.
