FS: VF12 turbo PRICE DROP !

Post by Lex »

I have a VF12 I bought a few weeks back from a guy you guys know: Bugs. I have never installed it and it looks to be in excellent shape just like the other ones he sold on here. It comes with water lines, and oil return tube, but no oil line (all the VFs are the same however). It also comes with the intake elbow.

It is a rare turbo and this one is in excellent condition and a great upgrade over the VF11, VF10, VF8 and TD04. It flows about as much as a 16G.

Reason for sale: I own a turboed Escort with a BPT motor and I just bought a VJ23 ball bearing turbo so I won't be using this one.

Price is 400 shipped and Im willing to negotiate - especially if shipping is close. PM me for paypal info, details or offers.

I am well known in the Mazda turbo community and Bugs can vouch for me and this turbo.

Would you consider trades on anything? I have an ej22t longblock that was seized, but the heads and all other parts are in perfect shape.
92 SS--up and running finally!!

Thanks for the reply. I own an Escort with a Mazda swap, so Im sorry but until I buy a suby it won't be of much use to me :)

Is there a payment plan we can work out instead?

A VF12 is not in any sense an upgrade from a 16G. Maybe you can upgrade TO a 16G, but no not the other way around. Plus, you can get a used 16G for about that price. That being said, come down in your price a bit and I wouldn't mind snagging it :D

I didn't mean to say it was an upgrade from a 16G, but that it flows close to a 16G.

Let me know what kind of price you're looking for and we can work from there.

Im sorry - but that's what a VF10 in good shape would go for .... I don't think I can go that low.

Thanks for the interest though

Here's an image showing the size of the VF12 in the middle versus VF10 on the right and VJ20 on the left courtesy of the aussie guys. As you can see - the VF12 is much larger than the other two.

Any reasonable offers?

400 shipped! This is around the size of a VF23 for comparison.
