i remember some talk about manifold swaping a few years ago. bascily from what i remember the talk said its impossible. well after taking a look at pictures of a 22t manifold and looking at a few other physicaly it is my contention that wrx manifolds do fit on our heads. the bolt pattern seems to be the same.
if anyone has info to deter or prove me wrong then please post up

I have a 2000 EJ25 manifold here and it doesn't fit. The ports and bolt spacing are bigger than the EJ22. It's the same shape, just bigger. It won't fit.

There are two different offset bolt patterns. There is the the early one that was used on Ej18's and the Ej22 variants. Then there is the late one that started in '99 and is used on all post '99 SOHC Ej25's and Ej20's. As Sammy said, the spacing is larger.
The third pattern is the inline pattern. This was used on Ej20's starting in '89 and continued through '98. It is also the same as used on '96-99 DOHC Ej25's...
