"Impret-za" don't think I've ever heard that pronounciation before.
I'll take the Forester STi over the Impreza STi....family vehicle with that performance? Priceless.

You would have if you watched Top Gear and Fifth Gear on a regular basis.
Also, just so you guys know, you can get the entire Fifth Gear episode for not much more time than it would take to download that clip. The episode is downloading at 50 KB/s for me.

It would be Impretsa if it had two z's and were Italian.
Midnight in a Perfect World on Amazon or order anywhere. The first book in a quartet chronicling the rise of a man from angry criminal to philanthropist. Midnight... is a distopic noirish novel featuring 'Duchess', a modified 1990 Subaru Legacy wagon.
They need to put the DCCD on the Forester STi. Then it would be perfect.
I especially like the fact that the Forester doesn't have that huge THING on the back. It's significantly more stealth.

Hahahaha, I was going to also say that, but I couldn't think of a way that didn't involve the word "vagina."

You pronounce the Z in Impreza the same way you pronounce the Z in Nazi. It isn't "nah-ZEE", it's "naught-ZEE". So you have "emme-PRET-zah", not "emme-PRESS-ah", "emme-PRAY-sah", "emme-PRE-sah", or any other iterations. Ask anyone who doesn't speak american.

I'm on First and First. How can the same street intersect with itself? I must be at the nexus of the universe.
Perhaps we will meet some day and discuss about pronunciation in different languages/areas/continents... anyway-Vicky is british; i love the show (they impreoved a lot over last season (like new BMW M5 vs. BMW F1, Volvo V50T5 vs. Legacy Wagon SpecB); i also like Topgear...
most about all - it's nice to see that Subaru continues making great cars; though they will never made again such a great allround car as Legacy I and II...
There are plenty of japanese people with a Z in their names.
Hayao Miyazaki
Seiji Mizushima
Kazuki Yao
Yoshikazu Yasuhiko
they have the z but i dont think it is ever pronounced the way we do. it has a "ts" sound rather than our "zee" sound. and sometimes it has a "zuh" sound.
and yes vicki is hot and i would love to have both a impreza STi and a Forester STi.
and i refuse to use the "new" STI, im sticking w/STi.
