Would an air leak from the turbo to TB area = rich condition

Post by my3awds »

I was just wondering if any of the gurus might know. If there is metered air being lost anywhere from the turbo outlet to the throttle body neck, if it would cause a NOTICABLE rich condition?

On my old car, if I blew an intercooler pipe, it would die to quickly for me to say, so I'm unsure if this would hold true. I'm just trying to diagnose a problem and would like to know this for future reference.

Thanks~
