I removed my AC back in february, at least, most of it.
I took out the condensor, the compressor, and the cylinder on the passenger strut tower
What else can be removed?
EDIT: Direction of thread changed

you can remove the evaporator if you want.
You'll need to plug the holes in the firewall as well as the holes on the evaporator box.

Is that the big black box behind the glovebox?

I cant actually remove the evaporator, because the blower uses it as a duct for the rest of the heating system
Lame.

Would it be possible to mount the blower right onto the heater core?
How do cars without AC have their under-dash heating setup?

Remove it out of under the dash, split it open and remove the evaporator from inside, then you can still use it as a duct.
