Bolt stuck on down pipe
Well trying to take the down pipe off today and totaly stipped one of the nuts. Used penitrating oil nothing, vice grips nothing, has anyone used one of those nut extractor kits not drill outs? Tried to take turbo off cant due to up pipe bolt touching down pipe, well any sugestions would help thanks. And yes I did use a 3 foot breaker bar!!!

Well it depends on if the stud/bolt you're having a problem with is a stud/nut or bolt/nut. If it's a bolt then you just replace the bolt and nut. If it's a stud, once you have the turbo out you can heat the stud up and thread it out or drill it out and replace it with a new one.
I had a bad stud once and I just replaced it with a hex head bolt.

I've used nut extractors to remove those nuts before. They're roughly the right size to grip the nut, and have left-handed flutes in them so they grip the nut harder as you turn counterclockwise. I got a set from Advance Auto Parts that worked great. I also got a Craftsman set from Sears that sucked. I think the primary difference was that the Craftsman ones didn't have a lip on them so you couldn't use a socket wrench to press them down onto the nuts.
The top two fasteners of the turbo are nut-and-bolt combinations. The other three are studs and nuts. If you damage a bolt it's no big deal since it can be replaced easily. If you damage a stud, though, it can be a little harder to remove the stud and find a replacement. It's possible, though... I've gotten studs out with vise-grips and also by tightening two nuts against each other on the threads and then using an impact wrench.
If you look a little you should be able to find replacement studs at an auto parts store or even a good hardware store. Toyotas use the same studs.
These nuts are stainless steel, so they can be hard to cut.
If you can manage it, it's better to replace a stud than to switch to a bolt.

I have the nut extractors that Vikash has used (I think Vikash has them too?) I got mine at Pep-boys, and they have come in more handy than not.
I've gotten completely rounded bolts off with them.
I forget who makes them though.
Studs and nuts are stronger than a bolt is. If properly torqued, you can get some outrageous strength out of a stud/nut combo.

ANTI-SEIZE
i bet you can get the nut off, without ruining the stud, with a tool or by chiseling it off, etc.
. If you get the nut off, then i would recommend retapping the stud to make sure it is good. Also, when you put this back together, put ANTI-SIEZE on the stud, so if you ever have to remove it again, it will come loose.
