It took 2 weeks............

But I finally got them in :D

This job started out by me deciding to change the o-rings on the passenger side rear cam support bracket. Then it led to the madness of installing my TD05-16G, twin turbo coolant tank, and wrx intercooler.

I put alot of thought into running the plumbing for the coolant and the PCV system located near the throttlebody, including my one-off pcv valve connection. My goal was to make it look as "factory" as possible. When I open the hood, I want people to have to ask what I did.

I love this car and I wanted it to show. Here are a few pics........

The PCV connector.

The finished product.

All that is left to do is to detail the motor, I will have a before and after picture shortly to compare. :D

Yeah if you look at the bottom front of the coolant tank, I welded a bracket the bolts to the bottom hole for now. I am going to make a different on to encorperate the two mounting holes on the top.

I made it out of copper fittings. Some of the fittings had to altered to get me the right fitment and proper throw to line up with the pcv valve, and connection for the inlet boot. As for the connection below, I used a short piece of 3/4" hose with a 1/2" by 3/4" reducing coupling inside. It may be easier if I can get a pic.

I will take some more pics when I pull the intercooler out to find where it is rubbing. It does make a cool grumbling noise though :D(the rubbing that is)
