i sent him a pm asking about pricing for our cars and he said
Hi,
A set of Ksports for you Legacy (90-95) is $1350 plus taxes. If you'd like more info on the coilovers or if you'd like to order, feel free to shoot me a PM or give me a call at the shop.
Thanks,
David
seems like a good price what do you guys think?
here is the shop info incase any one else is interested
94 and 95 wouldn't be interchangeable. Other than that they look nice I guess.
I would ask them where they get their strut inserts.
The fact that they're double adjustable and have independant preload and height adjustment is good. Everything seems to be pretty nice, but the important part is the struts.
I actually just saw a similar set that used koni 8611s. They're a bit pricey.
when you go throgh GC you can pick out what spring rates and lengths and they are easily hight adjustible. yah they are a little cheap but they do give some bang for the buck.
Came across this set online ( http://imageinmotion.com/KSPORT148-CSB08-KP.htm ) and became curious.
This is basically the only thread I could find that talks about the Ksport coil overs and it is mainly speculation. Just wondering if anybody else has actually been running these. Any first hand knowledge out there?
Andrew

hahaha. how embarassing. K-Sports are the worst ever at everything.
for swaybars i just received a whiteline adjustable rear swaybar (20mm, 22mm, 24mm).
reeeal nice looking i cant wait to install it! it came with the swaybar bushings and end links. i'm in search of a bit less understeer and maybe a little over steer. we'll see how well it works
i also just ordered gr2's (not many complaints considering their price) and h&r springs because they lowered the car exactly what i want (1.25" front 1" rear) and are stiffer. i couldnt quite wallet the agx's right now although i heard they are better suited to the h&r's.
struts in canadian dollars were like 380$ and thats including shipping taxes customs fees n all that bullshit
bout 410$ for the springs also including shipping and customs fees etc.
and 380 for the rear swaybar at my door.
considering everythting came from the states and shipping to here is expensive and customs fees for this crap is usually a fair bit i'm pretty sure i got a good deal.
but nothings on yet... so who knows what will happen then
as for the coilovers i know nothing about coilovers but i hava buddy that deals with that company and has never had complaints

Personally if I were to choose cheap coilovers (which I wouldn't) I'd go with Megan Racing. Seems to be good reviews from them.
if i were going to go cheap i would just slap a ground control kit on some AGXs.
that should be about 750.
+1 on Ground Control. That's what all the e30 guys use, the springs are made by Eibach and you pick your own rates, what's not to like? I've never heard of anyone having an issue with them.
Megan Racing, I wouldn't really trust...But that's just me, they seem like a pretty cheesy brand based on the stuff I've seen.
