Assuming the color on my screen is close to what they really look like...
The 3 darker ones look about right, maybe a hair dark but thats normal if they have been in for a lot of miles or the engine has a good amount of miles on it and might burn just a bit of oil (like most of the EJ22T these days).
But the one on the lower right looks a little light to me, could be running a bit lean/hot. Could be a sign of a weak injector or other issue with that cylinder. A compression check of all cylinder might help shed some light. I wouldn't be overly alarmed though, could just be that that plug was replaced more recently, run your new plugs for a while then check to see if they follow the same trend.

when i took these out i was kinda shocked, the pin coming out of the sprakplug body was very very thin, i dont know if its just that type of plug or they are very old
The only advantage of plantinum is longevity. Copper conducts heat and electricity better than platinum. The only thing better than copper in those regards is silver.
