Profec B boost control

Post by Subtle »

It shouldn't be temperature sensitive, but it is.

I've had the higher setting at 12 and with the warmer weather this week(up to 80 F) it's loosing performance but I'm thinking it's due the usual lower density air.

Then it noticed it was only pulling 10, and dialed it up so it was again reaching 12. Got some performance back.

Then tonight with cooler temps(around 50F) the waste gate isn't opening until 14.

Nice performance, but it is absurd to have to be changing the setting during such temperature swings. :?

Any comments :?:

I haven't checked it at the low setting, which is set as low as it will go.

That's at 7.5
