90 RS struts on a 90 Legacy?

Will struts for a 90 RS fit on a 90 Legacy?

What is a 90 RS? The only vehicle I can think of close to that year and name would be an RX, and no they wouldnt fit.

These are Boge struts, and they say they are for 1990-94 Subaru RS Coupe 4wd.

Wasn't a Legacy RS with an EJ20 turbo sold in some markets from 1990-1994? With the same suspension setup as 92-94 USDM Legacy Turbos?

OK, I think I may have found the answer. MRT lists an "RS" under the Legacy/Liberty items. It also refers to the Impreza section for several parts due to commonality. I'd say they're likely talking about the Impreza RS, but it's really a moot point. Parts from a 90-94 Legacy will fit the "RS" as well as the Impreza, and vice versa. My other parts sources only show the Impreza and WRX, and nothing for the RS, so it was very misleading. Thanks for the input though... kicked me in the right direction!

Make sure you are talking about the correct RS!

There is an "old gen" subaru that had the RS badging.

The liberty/legacy overseas was badged with the RS

And finally we have the impreza RS in the states

I can see how this can be confusing
