It is HOT here today, so since I have the back seats out anyway, I did a serious hosing of them. Blech! Lotta dirt from two kids over 3 years.

Got a Koolatron cooler for when we go white water canoeing this coming week end. Marked down from $129 to $79. It works off the Peltier effect.

Drive to a nice forestry campsite on the Nicola River, 3 hours inland from Vancouver.

The battery has been relocated to the back passenger side of the wgn, so connected an accessory socket to the battery with a 15 amp fuse as the switch.

Also it will be used to run the air pump for filling up the flotation bags for the canoe. :D

But it is almost 90 in the shade and the job is done--time to cool off. :-D

Must be really hot in Portland :smt048
