how to get around the fuel cut off?
how do i get around the 13 psi boost fuel cut off? do i have to run a piggy back? or is there anything else i can do?

Like you say, the threshold is not adjustable. It's also not predictable, and not matched to the ECU's reference. The offset voltage is doubled, too.

Yes, you are correct about the voltage. The actual number seems to be about 4.3 volts for North American Legacy Turbos, but it may be different for you.
