tranny swap

is it posible to put a legacy 95 and up transmission on a 90-94 legacy i know mechanicaly it will fit but what about the speed sensor and electrical connectors.

an at or mt? IIRC the at will be pretty difficult to swap because of different wiring setup, but the MT should be easy.

Again....AT or MT......

If AT, I believe you could use the phase 1 4EAT, but would have a hard time getting the phase 2 to work.

I believe the phase 1 4EAT was in the legacy until 96 or so.

As for the speed sensors, you can take out the electronic one and put in the mechanical I believe.

its a AT tranny is from a fwd legacy that a friend has in his house and i wanted to put it on another friend's legacy wagon.
