Its not real.

Horsepower and torque are mathematically dependant on one another. If one is zero, the other MUST be zero.

At least they got the 5250 RPM cross right

(For those not "in the know" the formula for horsepower is

Torque
--------- * 5250
RPM

So therefore HP and Torque always cross @ 5250
