mine actually doesn't touch the bulkhead, it has about an 1/8th of an inch between the intercooler and the bulkhead.
picture from about 10 minutes ago with the blitz intake on as well.

have a few
thanks about the compliment, i made the grill my self, it used to look like a regular L grill with the 3 louvers and crome peice, i cut them out, smoothed it out, painted it along with the mesh insert then glued in the AWD emblem.
the car is pretty strait for a 92 with almost 197k miles on it and being completely stock when i got it. it also has all the maintence records about it and orignal purchace info from carters subaru in seattle, and cleaning/care info for the aftermarket leather interior.

That V2 looks like it fits a lot better than mine does. Do you have any close ups of the hose you used from the turbo to the intercooler?
Did you relocate any of the PCV lines in that area?

its now bolted to the brake booster mount, didn't even have to extend the wiring, but one thing i should do is get a custom silicone hose for the turbo outlet to intercooler inlet so i can bring the intercooler down more so it sits a little more strait on the throttle body.
