Yep, if you check out the Suspension Compendium courtesy of Scottzg you will see that the GR-2's have a slightly stiffer dampening strength over stock dampers. Something like 15% stiffer. I think they are good if you want a bit better ride quality and performance over what it is now. Along with the GR-2's you could opt for some stiffer springs. Like H&R's or something like that. I'm not sure what people are using on our cars for stock diameter springs...

If you want to go more aggressive and spend more you can go with KYB AGX's. Just about everyone seems to agree that they are darn good dampers. Plus you can adjust their stiffness.

I'd say get the GR-2's and keep your stock springs, if its not stiff enough do some research on swaybars that will fit your car. Swaybars are an effective way to reduce body roll without sacrificing ride quality.

Look around NASIOC for vendors that are having sales if you want the AGXs.

you can also find them on ebay for cheap..

AGX's and H&R Springs are a good combo. I'm a distributor for H&R if you're interested in pricing.

yeah, that is a good deal. $350 for the AGXes is also pretty good I think.
