Converting more people to first-gen Legacies

Post by Yukonart »

So my ex's daughter (we'll just call her "Peach") needed a new car after she was broadsided by another motorist last month. After looking at old Civics and Accords, only to find beat-on specimens for too much money, I convinced her to look at first-gen Legacies. Found a couple, and she finally settled on a 93 L sedan . . . and she LOVES it!

Only issues now are the failed clutch (replacing that this weekend), a low idle issue, and a front bushing replacement. The engine pulls very strong, and she even likes how the transmission shifts and how the car handles. . . . hell, she even loves the interior, remarking on how everything was right where it should be, and how comfy the seats are.

Now her roommate, Mali, will be looking for a car in a few months. Talked to her today about it, and she'll be looking forward to a very similar Legacy when the time comes. ;)

I'm doing a damn good job myself of convinving folks. . . Heck, tmoney got a wagon on my recommendation!

I'm picking up another legacy soon, to fix and hawk, and I've already got potential buyers lined up!
