hello, i don't wanna sound stupid but can someone help me with recharging the AC. its a bit weak and the manual doesn't offer any help. i bought one of those cans with the gague and the tubing but i don't know what port to attach it to. any help would be nice. thanks!!!

The 90 legacy is an R12 system. You can not buy R12 legally without getting some certification.
So probably what you bought won't work.
I'd recommend you take the car to a shop to have it looked over. If you don't want to pay for R12, you'll need to convert it over to 134a. Depending on what you want to spend, and how thorough you want to be, your knowledge, and skill level, it could be around $100 or more.
