So I just got my car back together, now with WRX struts, and Ive noticed a harsh grinding noise when going around hard right hand corners.
We painted the inside rim of the tire, and its not coming from that.
Any ideas?

Did you remember to get the washer(s) in the right place on the strut assembly? I forgot the placement of one when I was doing a friend's suspension last year and it drove me nuts until I took the damn assembly apart and noticed a washer in the wrong place.

The strut assembly wasnt disassembled. It was unbolted from the WRX and bolted onto my legacy

Its coming from the drivers side front wheel area, for sure.
And I only get it when the car is moving

jack the front end up and crank the wheel to lock and see if anything rubs, then turn the wheel to the opposite lock and do it again. Maybe that might help.
check the tire sidewall to see if its rubbing on the inside fender lip, check that lip too, if there is any rubber shavings or anything like that.

Hmm... turns out its not just full lock.
Partial rights at speed produce the same sound
Im wondering if it could just be bad alignment

Your camber might be off because of the new struts, and the fact that it occurs at speed makes me think it's your wheels rubbing the fender lip, in my brothers legacy it makes a scraping noise that you wouldnt really expect from a tire rubbing on a fender. But I guess this isnt the case???
What kind of rims/tires do you have?
What springs are on there? wrx springs?

No, but it hugely improved after an alignment. The guy said the camber on that wheel was waaaay off.
I know Ive got torn boots all over that side of the car too. Im hoping to get it up on a hoist in a week or two and replace most of them
