I had seen a post on filling the tranny mount with liquid urethane, so I decided to do a little research.
I found these links:

and

Basically they take 3M window weld and fill the motor mounts on hondas to reduce flex. Seems to me that the idea is worth a shot for our transmission mount.
I was interested in taking the idea a step further, and wondered if any other bushings that had openings in them could be filled. The front bushings in my rear trailing arms have hollow spots in them, and the one is really worn and flexes pretty badly. A new bushing comes with the trailing arm, but a trailing arm costs about $85.00. I shimmed up the bushing with 2 washers, and it reduced some of the flex, but there was still some there, so what do you guys think about trying to put some window weld in there? I don't think it would hurt anything if it didn't work, it was worth a shot. Opinions?

3M Window Weld was a performance modification for the old Saturns - they had all kinds of mount space to fill with that stuff, engine and tranny. I'd say its worth a shot, it definately helped and was cheaper than springing for the $80 set of new solid urethane mounts.

I've tried the window weld in my old FWD mount and it did not dry, and sucked major ass.

I filled the loose sloppy 100,000 mile mounts on my Mazda with Polly.
It worked great, noticably reduced rocking.
The mounts are now a few years and 37,000 older and are back to about the same condition as before I filled them.
So yah filling mounts can work great, but it definatly depends on the mount design.
I'd say try it.

Swaybar endlinks, or mount bushings?
I haven't had the chance to use the liquid poly yet, there hasn't been a time where I can let it sit for 24 hours to cure off the car (damn daily-driver!) I will report back when I'm done with it though.
As far as the swaybar bushing stuff goes, I know I've seen some endlinks a guy made out of hemi joints. I don't think it would be worth making custom mount bushings though. New ones from subaru are like 9 bucks a piece, but if you wanted some solid poly ones, Energy Suspension makes some universal 18 and 19mm poly bushings with brackets for like $13 a pair. I'm sure you could make some of those fit better than you could to make your own from scrach, just my 2 cents.

You're gonna have to grind the piss out of the universal energy bushings or the mounting bracket (or both) to get them to fit.
I already did the rears on my SS with these.
