I just did the trunk today. the holes where the "Legacy" logo goes were rusted solid. Bondo makes me sick.

Now you know why body shops charge so much... its a lot of work!

Gary

P.S. I love the smell of Bondo, brings back lots of good memories of late nights in the shop.
No matter how broke I am... I always seem to find two cents.

they make special steel files that cut down fiberglass/bondo to get the general shape, so that makes for less sanding.

Are you using sanding blocks? If not, you should, or your going to get a very uneven surface

You were eating to much then. Try smaller portions.
