premium prices...
not sure what the norm is... I actually found one on oodle about 40 miles from me - a wagon that runs for 500 bucks... but - naturally, by the time I found the post and called - it was gone...
so I am really not sure ... just putting feelers out cause I am pretty desperate.

should be good in snow but possibly a mechanical nightmare as many saabs are. you might find a saab forum and do some searching on there.
another awesome winter car is an audi 4000, they are more reliable than other 80's audis as they have less features, have great awd often with locking diffs and can be had cheap.
if there are any left up there, maybe an 80's subaru.
and pretty much anything fwd with a little weight to it will be good in the winter. its all in the tires and driver really. awd doesnt help you stop.
