My 93 Legacy SS has a starting problem which doesnt happent every time I start the car, but happens frequently. I just installed new NGK plugs and wires, fuel filter, air filter, pcv valve etc. Latest incident, car sat all day, then Thurs. night, it started perfectly. I drove about 3 miles to my parents house, and shut it off and was off for about 2 hours, then when I went to come home, It wouldnt start. First two turns no start, then on third turn it barely started and was sputtering, gave it some gas and all is normal. I must mention that the car ran great before and after the tune-up, its just this occassional starting problem. Can somone shed some light on what it could be. I have heard that it could be a fuel pump issue or coolant sensor, what gives. Help me out please.

Coolant Temp Sensor first - cheap and easy to replace. Just for kicks, make sure all your vacuum tubes are tight and connected.
