Some people on this board don't know how to change turn signal bulbs.........and I would also take a stab that they don't know how to change tires as well. What if they get a flat?
IMO these people should not be behind the wheel of a car. thats all.

Man, if you said that around USMB, you'd have people trying to kill you.

I agree. You gotta try stuff before you go and ask people.

I don't know how to change my turn signal bulb... I'm sure I could figure it out if I needed to, but I've never had occasion to do it. Heck, I've swapped out an engine in my Infiniti, but I've never had to change a bulb on any car so I don't know how.

The problem is that schools don't teach much of anything of value (and basic car maintenance is just a minor thing) and the teachers are either child molesters or the rare person who doesn't mind poverty (or they're a woman who's got someone else to make up the rest). When I get my Lotus I'm making a bumper sticker for the rear window that says, 'I was never an honor student'.

Speaking of molesting teachers - where the hell were the hot blondes when I was in school?! I was a decent looking kid, and I'd have kicked someone's ass if they tried to get the broad in trouble for it. All we had were creepy lesbians and alcoholic English teachers that harrassed the women. There's one still out there I wish I could've gotten away with killing. Yeah, that's right, Mr. Patelle, I never had you as a teacher, but know someone who did. I'm too stable to kill anyone today over this, but I hope we meet sometime just the same so I can put this Eastern philosophy-based shit I've been into to the test.

Yeah, in that case, that's when you try before asking how. It's harder to explain how to do it than to figure out.

I would so nail my current Spanish professor at college. I seriously even thought of going after her, but I guess she has a boyfriend.

beat them mercilessly

Edit: This thread reminded me I had a brake light that needed to be replaced. It took a whole 30 seconds to pull the bad bulb and find a new one.

Wait a mintute...there's a way to change turn signal bulbs?!!

Yeah Steve, things sure have changed in some places. When I was growing up the only people you could get to molest you were old men, priests and relatives.

those people dont bother me nearly as much as the ones who have never heard their own tires squeal but insist they need a big rear sway bar. Fkn dangerous.
