Spotted: Legacy Turbo-Central Penn.
I was walking to the post office at school (Juniata College) today and noticed a light blue Legacy with a turbo spoiler. Upon further inspection I noticed it had the older style turbo wheels, a turbo hood and interior but I didn't think a '93 or '94 came in a light blue. It also had a 25th anniversary sticker on the back window. Does that belong to anyone here? I left you a legacycentral.org note.
