Calling all WOW addicts...

Post by skid542 »

After a fellow BBS'er fessed up to being a World of Warcraft addict too I felt that we should have a thread devoted to it, where we could have a support group and see who's who and where.

I'll start things off. I am a World of Warcraft Addict.

I only have three characters on the server Anetheron, all humans and alliance.
Subarina - 28 Rouge - Herbalist and Alchemist
Subarinette - 13 Paladin - Engineer and Blacksmith
Coltista - 5 Mage (a bank character but I'm finding long range fireball throwing is a lot of fun)

School has slowed my leveling up down considerably but my rouge will hit 60 one day...

(boooooo to the Alliance lol)

In the realm of Destromath:

Daar: lv 31 troll rogue
PalomPalero: lv 19 troll mage

Once we've got a list of LCOers on WoW, since we're most likely all on different realms, maybe we should set up some times to do some cross-realm battlegrounds or somethin.

First-person shooters all look and feel the same to me, always have since Doom and Wolfenstein. Meh. To each their own.

You want a unique game? Play Katamari Damacy or its sequel. Wow.

heh... racing games will always rule. Always wanted a hybrid of GTA, GT, midnight club and TXR that had the best features of all games (GTA = total world freedom, stealing cars, etc, GT = total realism in car simulation, Midnight Club = illegal street meets/ races, TXR = illegal highway races with the clubs/gangs and challenge flashing) and then putting it online for people to compete at...

That might take me away from WoW :)

16 Orc Warrior, mining/blacksmithing
25 Orc Hunter, Skinning/Leather with a unique spider for a pet!

I used to play WoW... but my cars started to suffor because of it. I quit cold turkey about 4 months ago, but have since found out about Private Servers that let you play WoW for free (and pretty much cheat while your at it).

When I did play, my main character was a Hunter. Got him to lvl 60, twinked to the gills. Got into an end-game guild and started farming MC, then started to learn BWL then just got fed up with the entire thing. Now I play for fun on Private Servers and I have a lvl 125 rogue with 103,000hp and duel wielding daggers that have 19,000 damage on them :) Its fun critting for 60k, but you gotta when mobs have 2,000,000hp.

Anyhow... I say ditch MMORPG's and go back to working on your cars :)

I just started playing wow but I play on a private server. It's only 5x xp and besides that it's straight up like the pay server. It's pretty cool, all the people from my work are playing on it. None of that 30x xp stuff and super high gold counts that most private servers have.

I have a L-29 Undead Rogue and a L-11 Orc Warlock.

Death to the Alliance!!!1!!

the graphics and sound on Dark Messiah single player is FREAKIN AWESOME! id have to say, this is one of the best games ive ever played. the only thing better so far, would be if this was on the Wii, and used the controller like in Red Steel.

I got hooked last year, then had to quit while looking for a job.

Found a job, and don't have time to play.

I like that they don't delete your account if you cancel your subscription, so if I want to play again, I can just start right back up.
