15" steel wheels.tires/hubcaps FS SW Pennsylvania

I have 4 steel wheels and hubcaps with Michelin Artic Alpin tires with 4/32-5/32 tread depth. There is some surface rust, mostly from scrapes where the hubcaps mount. I am near Pgh PA and would like to sell locally so as not to mess with shipping.
