FS Shur Grip cable chains in SW PA

These are unused and come in a hard plastic carrying case, and are sized for 196/60-15 tires. The manufacturer says they are legal in all states since they are only meant for ice/snow covered roads. They caution against traveling over 30mph or using on roads without ice/snow cover. They are for 2 tires. Make an offer. Send me your e-mail if you want pics.
