Ac pulley noise

Ac pulley noise
So i dont know if there is any way to quiet it, but the ac pulley makes a loud jingling noise when idle, even when te ac is turned off. Is there any way to quiet it at all or can that only be done by replacing it
Have you taken the belt off the AC to see if the pulley is loose or something?
