Need help with hoses

I broke a hose the other day while I was installing the coolant reservoir and I can't find a part number for it. The hose is the preformed variety and it's a PCV system hose I think. It traverses from the drivers side valve cover in the rear and connects to the intake tract via that little black plastic piece.

no idea... I hate that PCV system, I have broken numerous plastic tubes on mine and has decided to just vent it all.
