Well first the swap of a ej25 heads will lower your compression. Ej25 ecu will not work on a legacy diffrent wiring harnes so your whole stand alone system will not work(unless you swap the harnes). 440cc injectors are serious over kill unless you are switching turbos. Also you will need a fpr and new pump. Here is my sugestions do the ej25 head swap. Buy some 370cc's injectors off a sr20det if you have a NA, walbro fuel pump, fpr, bigger turbo, like a td04l of a wrx, if you have an ss you need a better ic. Also get a vacum boost gauge. All you could run safely on your stock set up would 2-3psi more than stock. Also do some research this is not a new topic click that search thing on the top you will learn a lot by just searching. Also introduce yourself what year model of car do you have and what mods have you already done. But other than that welcome to the site!

Well dont put the heads, fuel injectors on unless you are turboing the car. For NA mods sound like you have them coverd, also try delta cams, underdrive pulleys. If your turboing the car do the head swap, also you will not need 440cc injectors unless your are running a biger turbo like a vf34-39 18g something like that. If you are using a wrx turbo stick with you stock ones and use new fpr and fuel pump. Daily on my stock ej22 I would run around 7-8psi with stock fuel system. At the track with race gas I would run 12psi. But a good daily goal to shoot for would be the 5-7psi range.

Im pretty sure it will mate up right to your tranny, but you will have to swap Iac, maf, tps, pretty much every sensor. Or if you wanted to do the wiring harnes ecu swap this would be a good time. If you wanted to do the tranny you would need all the axels and rear diff and mounts. You will also need a turbo cross member the NA ones do not have any room for the up pipe. You would need a new hood for the top mount ic or just go with a fmic. So the easyiest way would be to swap the engine and swap all the sensors and a new cross member. But as some one once said "boost her till she pops"!! That what I would do when you stock block lets go swap the sti in.
