Stage rally or rallycross classes?
I think the answer is no either way.
Beaverun did some really basic training, but I don't think they are doing any rally stuff at the moment. You could call and check, but I doubt it.
In the northeast, everyone talks about Tim O'Neil's place in New Hampshire (IIRC). That's a real solid place to train for real stage rally. It's a long way, but that's part of the hobby.
If you just want to rallycross, there are programs run by the Philly region SCCA, DC region, Susquehanna region, Finger Lakes region, New England Region, and maybe even some stuff in Ohio.
