Some photoshop fun :)

Post by TheSubaruJunkie »

So I took an original picture of my wagon:

And got to daydreaming...

Was wondering what it would look like if I painted my rims. Then I wondered, what would it look like lowered alittle. After that I wanted to see what we would have if I tinted the windows... and last, but definatly not least, i thought I would do something about that grill.

So I slapped it all together, and here is what I came up with:

Now... just gotta come up with $700 or $800.

Slam it bitch!

Cut those coils!

Actually, I will be cutting some stock coils on the new wagon just to get it down a little on those low profile tires.... And if that sucks, I got stockers to go back on.

why dont you spend the money on getting it cleaned up a bit. looks like that bumper could use some work.

All in due time my friend. I still havent figured out how to adjust the bumper... no one has answered my questions in the thread I put.

Anyhow, this is all daydreaming, of course IM not going to go out and empty my bank account to accomplish this look....

I do like that color scheme on the wheels. and that would be pretty cheap to do.

Sorry for sounding rude. But Ive modified grills before, and I think i paid around $20 in material. Alittle dremel action, a fiberglass repair kit, some sandpaper and paint.

I have access to the material (at cost through work) and am not interested in your grill.

..

Lower it for sure.

Make sure you sandblast the rims down to nothing or else they will chip. I repainted mine with some Dupont Mazda miata silver w/ pearl clear. They look great still after 10K.

+1 on the sandblasting.

Did you sand/paint the inside of your rims (what the tire hides) too?

To tell you the truth, stock is looked nicer, before you made it look like a ricer IMO, but then again IMO lowering the car looks bad, the stock height looks best hands down, on the wagon, on sedans they look good lowered. If i were you, i would get gold rims, stock height, and tint the windows a few percent. DONT FLAME ME :P
