WTB - 14 inch steel wheel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I am looking for one 14 inch steel wheel for 1990 Legacy AWD. I would prefer somebody local to Philadelphia area since I would need it as soon as possible.

I would consider a complete set of aluminum wheels if the price is right. Prefer to stick to smaller wheel sizes - 14, 15 inches maximum.

I have a 14" steel wheel free if you pick it up , I am North of Scranton.
I also have two sets of 14" alloys, no center caps, $75 per set.
And a set of 15" alloys w/center caps for $125, nice shape.

It had to be fixed today, I picked up two new steelies from TireRack. I'll keep your offer in mind for the future upgrade though. Thank you.

Do you have fenders by any chance? Preferably in light blue color.
