Kartboy lever question

So i just picked up a wrx shift linkage assembly in hopes of swapping in a short throw. Can anyone tell me if there is and what is the difference between a lever for a wrx assembly and an 05 leggy gt lever from kartboy. wondering because my buddy has one in his 05 leggy he is taking out to sell and if it will fit in the wrx assembly i should like to use it. thanks

from what i remember putting it in for him it looks the same setup as the wrx one. i just wasnt sure because kartboy has different part numbers for them.

Why not email kartboy and ask them what the difference is.

Emailed Tom and he said the ball sizes are different. The new legacy uses a larger size than the wrx. So no free shift lever for me :(
