Why are you removing the sound deadening material?

He's a masochist. He's replacing all of his bushings with harder rubber too.

I suggest a lot of Heim joints, they're great for noise!

Sounds like me in my glory days. You'll learn soon enough.

I do intend to swap all bushings with Poly, but I'm hoping the noise won't be too horrible.

The car is being used almost exclusively on the track, its not going to be a daily driver anymore.

Oh boy...a Legacy Turbo track car :?

I think I would rather have something like a 911 for that...

But to each his own! :o

Wow, I have essentially a Legacy track car too... so I must not be that smart either.

Actually I like passing the 911's without the burden of actually having the pay for one.

For the price of a early 90's 'beater' I can be out having a blast passing all the dentists out there. Each to his own indeed. By the way, all the drivers are out gunning for the people driving the 911's because the people in them usually don't know how to use them. As my last instructor put it: "Let's go Porsche hunting!".
