Took some pics of de-yellowing my headlights. Started off with 600 grit wetsanding paper, then used 2 stages of griots garage glass polish with a random orbital to smooth out the scratches, then finished with plast-x plastic wax.

another reason why subaru headlights suck.
how many other cars have you owned that you have to constantly fix yellowed lights? subaru lights suk, period.
driven many other cars, and this is not ever an issue.

I would LOVE to get some glass e-codes. The pattern is way better than d.o.t....

What would you pay for a set of EUDM headlights?
Parts are pretty expansive overhere. Atleast, when I look at your prices, I think we are very expansive.
And than there are the shipping costs. And don't forget your low dollar and our pretty high euro

I bought a set of EDM lights from a friend/board member a few years ago. I think I got everything for around 200 something. and I got a really good deal because he was willing to go snoop around the junkyards.

Hmm, 200 dollar is around 150 euro's I think.
Anybody has an idea how much the shipping costs are? I guess it's possible, but some junkyards are such bastards and way to expansive...

I used Mothers California Gold Ultimate Wax System Pre-Wax Cleaner "REMOVES OXIDATION" to rub off most of the haze without abrasives.

thats what jdm's are. But i do not believe they aim correctly.
By the way, my lights looked like that, then i buffed on some plastix polish, and they looked just like that, and feel nice and smooth.

Don't use JDM lights... the beam pattern is for RHD cars and so all it will do is blind oncoming traffic while not actually lighting the road where you need it.
