haha i have the same problem but i dont have subs....
I have a lovely rust hole right where the left side of the spoiler mounts. When i bought the car it was already rusted to where the nuts pulled through and it is not attached at all. :x

But with my experience with rattle and subs i would suggest finding a thin sheet of rubber. Cut out little dampeners to fit between where the spoiler mounts to the trunk. Otherwise i would look into a sound deadening material for the trunk/rear deck lid. Ive had good results for fairly cheap (compared to dynamat) with second skin dampener. Fatmat is also a good relatively cheap option. Major source of rattling will be the rear deck lid

please note RMS power levels are the only ones worth quoting. the "max power of 1700 watts" means it puts out much less RMS. look into it

lol.

On the cheap I've seen expanding foam used on parts that are rattling. On my last car I'd let things rattle, and feel around until I stopped the rattle. It turned out my third brake light lense was loose, so I just glued it down a little bit.

As far as the spoiler goes, make sure the mounting bolts aren't loose, and maybe put a small shim inbetween the spoiler and trunk lid. Maybe check the spoiler brake light, see if that's loose.

You could always turn the stereo down too :-P

rattle

I've got the same problem, i have dynomatted my entire car now top to bottom, but i still get rattling from my rear taillights. The rattling on my spoiler is so minute right now, but I tighten the bolts every couple of months or so. I would suggest that for the spoiler, but what do u guys think about the taillights?

You really have to isolate the rattle. There's a bunch of separate parts inside a taillight that could cause rattle. The "light panel" that pops out from within the trunk probably hops around with bass, so tack it down with more than just the one clip that holds it on currently. Just put your hand on it when it rattles, and see if it stops, you'll find out where the rattle comes from.
