Dash swap

Is anyone aware of anyone ever swapping out to an Impreza dash? Im having to add a LOT of gauges and there are a lot more gauge options for the WRX than the Legacy.

It'll work. Up to the 05 STi I am sure of.

A friend of mine has a 97R-STi with a FULL swap, including the dash. If the dash swaps into the RS, it should swap into the Legacy...

i thought that the firewall changed after the 01 impreza gc/gf years... im pretty sure for anthing newer that you would have to rework the firewall a little.... maybe im totally wrong but that was my understanding

You will absolutely have to rework the firewall, keep in mind there will be wiring work necessary too.

Which dash are you trying to graft in?

The door panels will not match up properly either, they're cut to fit the Legacy dash exactly.
